Which calendar is this, and where can I get it? I am trying to get my little one to understand dates and days - and this would be wonderful! And I must get it autographed from you when I am in Gurgaon one of these days :)

priya kuriyan said...

hey swati . I dont think the calender is meant for sale anywhere :(. Thanks for the comment though . hmm dates and days now thats an idea for a book :)

Gaaaah. What a pity! But a book - now that sounds promising. We have a couple of days of the week books - Cookie's week, and another featuring Clifford, and of course we have been talking about them forever, but the sequencing is still not perfect, sigh. And although number counting is ok now, getting the idea of a calendar - well that is difficult! I guess I will just have to make one myself, in due course of time, in the ripeness of things...

Priya,

I wish you would write some background about each work /project. It makes us appreciate the work a little more. And it also gives us a Kahani to chew on. :)

Maybe not the clients name, but the challenges, your references, time taken, media etc...

Yshana.

Wowieeee!!! This is super fantabulistic. Absolutely love it. it has ALL the colours of the rainbow.. oh wait... it has more! And so many things to look at. And the different textures given to each object. Absolutely gorgeous! When I saw this post, the book 'Colour Colour Kamini' came to my mind as I've seen the book once in the hands of a kid during a reading session. Little did I know that you are the person behind 'Colour Colour Kamini'.

Was wondering if I could do a post on our blog (blog.prathambooks.org) and wanted to know if we could use some of your images to talk about your fabulous work.
